Jennifer Danielson is a senior health care executive and attorney with a career defined by turning complexity into competitive advantage. She has served as EVP and Chief Health Plan Officer at HealthPartners, President of Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Utah, and Chief Growth Officer at Collective Health — leading organizations with billions in revenue through transformation, turnaround, and sustained growth.

She founded Theorem Consulting to bring that same depth of experience to executive teams, boards, investors, and entrepreneurs who need a strategic partner — not a slide deck — to accelerate their most important initiatives.

Jennifer holds a Juris Doctorate and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Utah, and studied at Cambridge University. She serves on the Board of Trustees at Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine and on the J&J MedTech Surgical Advisory Board.
